KERYS LEIGH JEWELLERY RETURN POLICY

GENERAL RETURNS

Please advise our team via email at hello@kerysleighjewellery.com.au immediately to start your returns process

Items may be returned within 7 days after the purchase of goods is received, for either an exchange or store credit. 

For a return to be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged as well as returned in the original packaging. We will also ask for proof of purchase. Please note that there may be a longer wait time if the desired item for exchange is not in stock at the time of your returns process. 

NOTE due to hygiene reasons, earrings strictly cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Items that are on sale, promotional items and free gifts CANNOT be returned 

Kerys Leigh Jewellery is not responsible for any return shipping costs, this cost is an out of pocket expense to our customer.  


FAULTS/DAMAGES

We strive to provide high quality items however in rare cases, should you receive a faulty or damaged item we ask that you contact us via email hello@kerysleighjewellery.com.au notifying us of your order number and any supporting images ready for investigation. 

Products will then be thoroughly assessed once returned and the item will be classified as faulty by us. Where a full refund on the item is authorized we will contact you via email and funds will be processed via the original method of payment. (excluding shipping costs). 

 

Refunds are only issued for faulty items caused by the manufacturing process, this is subject to assessment by 'Kerys Leigh Jewellery' 

Products that have evidently been worn, general wear and tear and accidental breakage will not be regarded as faulty therefore will not be eligible for a return.
