General Returns

Please contact our team via email at hello@kerysleighjewellery.com.au as soon as possible to begin the returns process.

Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for either an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original condition

• Be unworn and undamaged

• Be returned in the original packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that exchanges may take longer to process if the requested item is unavailable at the time of your return.

Important Return Conditions

• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.

• Sale items, promotional items and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Kerys Leigh Jewellery does not cover the cost of return postage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our jewellery. However, if you receive an item that appears to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@kerysleighjewellery.com.au as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear supporting images of the item so that we can investigate the issue.

Once the item has been returned, it will be carefully assessed by our team to determine whether the fault is due to a manufacturing issue.

If an item is confirmed as faulty and a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds apply to the item only and do not include any shipping costs.

Items Not Considered Faulty

Refunds are only available for items determined by Kerys Leigh Jewellery to have a manufacturing fault.

Items will not be considered faulty where the damage is the result of:

• Normal wear and tear

• Evidence of use or wear

• Accidental damage or breakage

• Damage caused after the item has been received

All faulty-item claims are subject to assessment and approval by Kerys Leigh Jewellery.
